message from the president

Greetings! Welcome to the website of Alabama Chapter #1 of the 9th and 10th (Horse) Cavalry Association

This organization exists for the purpose of carrying out the objectives of the Association as a nonprofit, federal tax exempt, educational, patriotic, military service organization, which shall remain nonpartisan and nonpolitical.

The principals underlying the Ninth and Tenth (Horse) Cavalry Association are patriotic allegiance to the United States of America, fidelity to its constitution and laws, and the promotion of world peace.

We meet on the 4th Saturday of each month at 4:00 PM in the Commons Meeting Room of the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, 520 Sixteenth Street North, Birmingham, AL 35203.

All are welcome and I invite you to join Alabama Chapter #1.
